Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Keyring Kingdom. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
We can only accept orders from and to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 0-3 business days.
All items are held with us directly and are posted via Royal Mail business mail.
We aim to have your items delivered within 3-5 working days. This is clearly stated in each product description. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
On very limited occasions when issues do arise or items do not arrive we have a strict procedure in place. Please note that throughout this process your money is safe and protected by us until you receive the item(s). The procedure is as follows:
1- If after 10 working days your item has not arrived please contact us via email on support@thekeyringkingdom.com quoting your name and order number.
2- Once we are aware of the issue, we will check with Royal Mail and provide proof of postage to you. After 10 working days have elapsed, we will gladly resend your item(s) subject to stock availability and process an internal dispute with Royal Mail in order for us to be refunded.
If it has been over 10 working days and we are out of stock on an item that you ordered, we will offer a replacement to be sent out. We can not refund any items that have been lost in the post. If you require a refund, we will gladly give you the proof of postage and all information needed to put in your own dispute with Royal Mail.
Please note we can only put in a dispute with Royal Mail 30 days after the item has been posted. Please let us know between the 10 and 30 day mark if it has not arrived. If leaving it longer than 30 days, we can not dispute and cannot send out a replacement.

We offer free delivery as standard on all of our products.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been posted.
Customs, Duties and TaxesÂ
Gaming Giraffe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Gaming Giraffe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
