Refund policy
Thanks for shopping at The Keyring Kingdom. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to alert us you wish to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and then be returned to us within 14 days of you alerting us you wish to return it. If these conditions cannot be met, then we will be unable to accept the return.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Paypal account or credit/debit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note, postage will not be refunded on any order if a product has been returned due to change of mind. If selecting our free delivery option, we will withhold £2 from the refunded amount towards the cost of the postage. If selecting the 1st class or recorded delivery option, we will not refund the postage paid.Â

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Â
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Â
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.Â
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@thekeyringkingdom.com.Â
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to support@thekeyringkingdom.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s) to us. Please contact us at support@thekeyringkingdom.com for the full address of where to post too.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.Â
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Defective items
If you receive an item that you feel is defective, not as described or broken, we will require photographic evidence to support this. This is so we can pass on to our suppliers. Please contact support@thekeyringkingdom.com within 30 days of the date of purchase in order for us to deal with this for you. Failure to contact us within that time frame or to provide photographic evidence of the issue may result in your claim being rejected.Â
We require the item posted back to us and will provide the return address as and when needed. As per the consumer rights act 2015, we must receive the item back within 30 days of the item being received in order to issue any refund. Failure to return within this time frame will result in your claim being rejected. Once we receive the item within the time frame, we will issue the refund.Â
If you receive an item and it becomes defective, we will again ask for photographic evidence to support this. If we agree that the item is damaged as a result of manufacturing, in the first instance we will speak to our supplier and await their instructions. Our usual course of action if the supplier agrees that the item is faulty would be to send a replacement product. We are unable to accept a return on an item that has been damaged because of use.
